Prior to seeing this condo, we had never met Kathy personally or even knew anyone who had worked with her. I made my first call to her inquiring about a condo on the market and I knew right away that she was the realtor who would get the job done. She was so down to earth, knowledgeable about the market and answering every question with out hesitation.

We were living in Wisconsin at the time and were unable to attend a showing every time a new listing came up. On the morning this condo came on the market, I called her and just like that…she was the first person to get a showing. She arranged her time so that my husband and I could view it via her phone and on Facetime. We loved it. Not only did she take lots of videos and photos, we were able to write an offer that evening and it was accepted the next day.

We set a closing for just 3 weeks away. How were we ever going to get the condo up and running for our first time down there with family visiting? Don't worry…Kathy and her entire family was there to help in any way we needed. She made it possible for me to place orders for items needed and found a place to have them shipped to. Kathy made sure that everything that I was worried about was taken care of.

Once we arrived on closing day, she not only did the closing by herself and not with either of us present, but she had all of the boxes that we ordered ahead of time placed in our condo and had the condo cleaned.
