Having also lived and worked in California and North Carolina, Kathy understands the decisions and adjustments that come with a move. She helps clients explore Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero with their lifestyles in mind, from neighborhood atmosphere and everyday conveniences to their long-term plans.

Kathy’s background as a real estate and mortgage broker informs her approach to negotiations, financing considerations, and transaction details.
